What Decides the Fee for a Vastu or Astrology Consultation
Many people search for a consultant's fee before they pick up the phone. Vastusaasj doesn't publish a price list, because two consultations rarely involve the same amount of work. This article explains what actually changes the fee, so the number you hear on the call makes sense.
What changes the fee
- The type of property: a flat, an independent house, a shop or office, or a factory. A factory has more zones and more activities to place than a 2BHK.
- Its size and number of floors: each floor is read separately.
- Online or a site visit: a site visit includes travel time, and distance from Mumbai or Palghar matters.
- How many properties: comparing three flats or plots before buying is more work than reading one.
- Whether astrology is included: Astro-Vastu, a birth chart reading or Kundali matching each add preparation time.
- Follow-up: WhatsApp support while you make the changes is part of the consultation, and longer projects such as a new construction need more of it.
What stays the same, whatever the fee
Every consultation includes the reasoning behind each recommendation, a written report and the follow-up described when the fee is agreed. Nothing structural is suggested, and nothing is sold: Vastusaasj sells no yantras, gemstones or other products, so the fee is the only cost of the consultation itself.
How the fee is agreed
On the free 10-minute clarity call, Alok asks what the property is and what is bothering you, and tells you the fee for your case. If he thinks a consultation won't help, he says so. The fee and what it covers are confirmed in writing before you pay, and you receive a receipt for every payment.
Vastusaasj will never ask you for an OTP or a UPI PIN. Refunds follow the published refund policy.
