1. Our services

Vastusaasj offers Vastu Shastra and Vedic Astrology consultations, led by Alok Shukla, in person and online. The scope, fee and timing of each service are confirmed with you before you pay.

2. Nature of the advice

Vastu and astrology are traditional practices based on belief and interpretation. Our advice is guidance for you to consider, not a statement of scientific fact. See our Disclaimer.

3. Booking, fees and cancellation

Fees are agreed in writing (for example on WhatsApp or email) before the consultation. Rescheduling and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

Give accurate information (for example property details, floor plans and birth details). Advice depends on the information you provide. Do not share anything you do not have the right to share.

5. Intellectual property

The content, text, logo and design of this website belong to Vastusaasj. You may not copy or republish them without our written permission. Reports and remedies we prepare for you are for your personal or business use only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about property, money, health, relationships or business on the basis of our advice. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
