Read the space before changing anything
Your layout is studied across the sixteen zones of classical Vastu (entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, work area, water points, storage) before he suggests a single thing.

About
Vastu Shastra and Vedic Astrology consultant from Palghar and Mumbai. Practising since 2016, and still answering his own WhatsApp.
People usually reach Alok after they've already heard the worst. A relative has looked at the flat and shaken their head. A website has said the toilet is in the most dangerous corner. Someone has quoted a price for a yantra. By the time they call, they aren't looking for more rules. They want someone calm to look at their actual plan and tell them what really matters.
That's the job as he sees it. He reads the space first, explains his reasoning in plain words, and suggests changes you can make yourself: which room you sleep in, where the bed faces, where heavy things and water sit, what colour goes where. In a Mumbai flat or a rented home in Dubai you can't break walls anyway, and in his experience you rarely need to. He works with families, shop owners, professionals and factory owners, on site anywhere in India and online for everyone else.
You live inside the arrangement of your home every day without noticing it. That's why a small change in the right place usually does more than a big change in the wrong one.
Something happened in my own life that made me look for a deeper answer. That search is what brought me to Vastu Shastra and Vedic Astrology.
Somewhere along the way I started noticing patterns. In people's lives, in their relationships, in their homes, and in the circumstances they kept finding themselves in. The same knots showing up again and again, in different families and different cities.
That's what I look for when you come to me. First the pattern, in your floor plan and, if you want, in your chart. Then I explain it in plain words, and we work out what you can actually do about it.
At the end of a session, people often tell me they feel lighter. Heard. Clearer about where they stand and more confident about the next step. That's what I want for you too: to understand your situation better than when you walked in, and to know what to do next. I can't promise you more than that, and I won't.

Most people don't need their home rebuilt. They need it explained.
So every correction here is something you could do on a Sunday afternoon: moving furniture, changing how a room is used, adjusting light and colour. No contractor, no demolition.
“If someone tells you a Vastu problem can only be solved by breaking a wall or buying something expensive, ask them why. You deserve the reason.”

Placement, colour, light, weight and how each room is used. No walls broken and no plumbing moved, which is why it works in rented homes and leased offices too.
Each finding comes with the traditional reasoning behind it. You decide what to act on. Nothing is asked of you on faith.
A written report with remedies in order of priority, and WhatsApp for the practical questions that only come up once you start. ("Does the shoe rack count as heavy?" is a real one, and a fair one.)
