Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Vastusaasj ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, and to be fair to visitors from the EU/UK (GDPR) and the UAE and wider GCC (UAE PDPL).
1. What we collect, and why
- Booking form (name, phone number, city, service, preferred date, how you heard of us, optional message): used only to respond to your consultation request.
- Contact form (name, email, optional phone, message): used only to reply to your query.
- Browser storage: one small item that remembers your cookie choice. Analytics stay switched off until you press Accept. If you do accept, we may load Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to measure anonymous site usage so we can improve the site; if you decline, nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.
We do not ask for payment card details, government ID numbers or any sensitive personal data on this website. Please do not send them through the forms.
2. How your data is sent to us
The booking form opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp, and the contact form opens a pre-filled email in your email app. Nothing is sent until you press send in those apps. This website does not store form submissions on its own server. Once you send a message, it is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider under their own privacy terms, and then reaches us.
3. Legal basis
We process your data because you give it to us for a specific purpose (your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and sending the message) and to deliver the consultation you ask for.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and to deliver the service you book, and for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law if you become a client. After that they are deleted.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run our communication (for example WhatsApp and our email provider) and when required by law. Some of these providers process data outside India or your country.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent: email us at contact@vastusaasj.com with the subject "Withdraw consent" or "Delete my data". Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve your concern. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online method is perfectly secure.
