Industrial Vastu

The gate, machinery, furnace, stores and office block, read against the traditional zones. On a factory plot these are the decisions that stay with you for decades.

The fee depends on what the consultation covers and how it's done. You'll hear it on the call, before you commit to anything.

With factories, Vastu advice usually comes too late. Once the shed is up and the machines are grouted in, the big decisions have already been made. So the most useful time to call is when the unit is still on paper. If it's already running, the work has to be planned around everything that can't move.

Alok reads the plot and the shed against the traditional zones: where the gate is, which zone holds the heat and machinery, where raw material comes in and finished goods go out, where the stores and office block sit, and where water and effluent points fall.

On a working unit the corrections need no demolition and come in sequence: what you can do this month, and what to keep in mind for the next expansion.

Who it's for

Is this you?

  • Owners planning a new shed, unit or warehouse on a plot they already have
  • Running factories that grew in phases and were never looked at as a whole
  • Warehouse and logistics operators placing racking, loading bays and offices
  • Anyone looking at an industrial plot or a ready shed before buying or leasing
  • Units about to expand who want the next phase placed properly
The analysis

What Alok looks at

Each of these is part of the traditional reading, and your report explains the reasoning behind every one.

01

Plot, gate and approach road

The shape and slope of the plot, where the main gate is and which road it opens on to. These are the hardest things to change later.

02

Where the shed sits

Where the built area sits on the plot and which sides are left open, against the traditional preference for heavy and light zones.

03

Machinery, furnace and heat

Where heat-generating plant sits, and whether fire and water have ended up next to each other.

04

Raw material and finished goods

Where material comes in, where it waits during processing, and where finished goods wait for dispatch. The tradition treats them differently, so they're kept apart.

05

Office block, owner's cabin and accounts

Where the admin block is on the plot, and where the owner and accounts sit inside it.

06

Water, effluent and utilities

Borewell, tanks, effluent treatment, toilets and the electrical room, against the zones the tradition would keep clear.

07

Worker areas and movement

The canteen, rest and changing areas, and how people and material move around the plot.

08

Space for the next phase

Where an expansion can go without undoing the zoning you've just set.

How it works

From the first call to the follow-up

  1. 1

    Free 10-minute clarity call

A short call about the property and what you want from the visit. Alok confirms whether a visit is the right format and how the fee works for your case.

  2. 2

    Plan and details beforehand

Send the floor plan or layout drawing and the location before the visit, so the time on site goes on the property and not on paperwork.

  3. 3

    He walks the property

Alok takes the directions himself and goes through the place zone by zone: the entrance, each room or work area, water points, storage and what surrounds it.

  4. 4

You talk it through on the spot

He explains what he finds while he's there, in plain language, and what can be corrected without touching the structure.

  5. 5

    Written report and follow-up

A written report with the zone analysis and remedies in order of priority follows the visit. When you'll get it is agreed on the first call. WhatsApp support continues while you put things in place.

Industrial work is usually done on site, because directions and levels have to be taken on the plot. For units outside Maharashtra, the first review can be done online from drawings and a location pin, with a visit only if it's really needed.

What you receive

  • A zone reading of the plot and the shed
  • A written report with what was found and why it matters in the tradition
  • A list of corrections in order: what to do now and what to keep for the next phase
  • Guidance on where the office block, stores and utilities should go
  • WhatsApp follow-up while you put it in place

What to keep ready

  • The plot plan and shed drawing, or the architect's layout if you're still planning
  • A Google Maps pin of the plot
  • Photos: main gate, inside the shed, stores, office block
  • What the unit makes, and which processes produce heat, water or effluent
  • Any expansion you're already thinking about
Straight answers

What we won't do

  • No demolition. On a running unit, nothing that stops production or moves grouted machinery.
  • No claims about safety, output or quality. Those are engineering and management matters, and Vastu isn't engineering. Statutory safety and environmental compliance are completely separate and must be handled by your own qualified professionals.
  • No scare stories. Every finding comes with its reason, and the corrections are ordinary jobs your own contractors can do.
  • No guarantees. Vastu is a traditional belief system and outcomes vary.
Timing

Some things are easier to get right the first time

Before you sign

A plot, a flat or a lease can be checked while you still have options. After you sign, the layout is what it is, and the work becomes making the best of it.

Before the date is fixed

If a Gruha Pravesh, a shop opening or a renovation already has a date, that date shapes what's possible. Talk before it's set in stone.

Before you spend

Find out which corrections actually matter first. It's the cheapest way to avoid paying for the ones that don't.

None of this is a warning. If you've already decided, the work just starts from where you are. see how a consultation runs.

Questions

Industrial Vastu questions people ask

No, but be realistic. The gate and shed are fixed, so the work is in what can still move: stores, office placement, how material flows, which zones carry weight, and what you plan for the next phase.

Yes. The plot's shape and slope, where the road is and what surrounds it are exactly what's worth checking before you commit, and they're the hardest to correct afterwards.

No, and nobody should tell you otherwise. Fire safety, factory safety and pollution-control rules are legal obligations handled by qualified professionals. A Vastu consultation sits alongside them, never in their place.

Alok won't claim that. You get a reading of the layout against the traditional scheme and a practical list of corrections in order. Outcomes vary and aren't guaranteed.

Site visits can be arranged anywhere in India. For units elsewhere, start with an online review from the drawings and decide on the call whether a visit is worth the travel.

It depends on the plot and built-up size, how complex the process is, and the travel involved. The fee is confirmed on the free call before you commit.

Vastu Shastra and Vedic Astrology are traditional belief systems, not sciences. Outcomes vary from person to person and nothing is guaranteed. See our disclaimer.
